Duties
Reporting to the Study Coordinator and Principal Investigator, the successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the Canadian Longitudinal Study on Aging (CLSA) by assisting with telephone and in person interviews, as well as physical assessments. Duties include scheduling interviews with pre-selected participants; obtaining participant consent; conducting home interviews using computer assisted personal interviews (CAPI); scheduling participants for physical assessments; and performing other related duties as required. Some evening and weekend work may be required. A cell phone and vehicle are required.
Qualifications
Experience (1-3 years) working with the public; graduation from high school supplemented by courses from a post-secondary education institution; or any equivalent combination of experience and training. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills as well as excellent attention to detail. Experience with Microsoft Office is required. Experience in epidemiological/ clinical research and with (CAPI) computer assisted personal interviews would be considered an asset.
Salary: $34,952 – $49,008 per annum (Non-Bargaining)
