As a Home Manager in Residential Child and Youth Care you get to work daily with children and youth creating opportunities for learning and growth. You use a strengths based approach to guide your team and you take pride in your exceptional relationship building skills and in your leadership abilities. Reporting to your Program Manager you are responsible for all activities of your home from supervising CYCWs to managing activities and meals for children and youth in your home.
