Tamarack West is an outdoor school – please see web site tamarackwest.com. Our teachers will be responsible for taking students out on daily excursions, these excursions will be focused in two parks in the West end – High Park and Etienne Brulee/King’s Mill as well as destinations downtown including the ROM, the AGO and the Science Centre to name a few.

As our program takes an Experiential approach to education, our teachers are excellent at creating themes that build on student interests while integrating curriculum. Our teachers are also patient and caring people who understand the importance of creating a positive and supportive environment.

We are looking for Ontario Certified Teachers who have hopefully had some experience. The scope of the program is quite open, as such we are looking for people with many different skills and strengths.
