Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, the Director of Public Works and Development Services is an active member of the Senior Management Team; bringing energy and enthusiasm to the position.

You have a university degree in Civil Engineering or Planning with specific experience in both fields in a municipal setting.  You are a proactive individual, have superior verbal and written communication skills, exceptional project management skills, and you are a highly effective decision maker.  As well, you have a successful track record of using your technical expertise and problem solving, finding innovative solutions and working collaboratively with all interested parties to find win-win solutions that protect the community interests.
