Coordinator of Human Resource Services (Administration)
August 1, 2015 to July 31, 2016 (1 Year)

Masters in Educational Administration, Business Administration or equivalent combination of training and/or experience.
Degree in Human Resource Management may be considered.
Minimum five (5) years relevant management experience in educational administration or in the public sector.
Excellent leadership, team-building, communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-developed decision-making, creative problem-solving ability and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel and skills in database management and record keeping. AESOP and SAP proficiency an asset. A competency test will be required.
Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) designation is an asset.
