Service New Brunswick is seeking an individual to join the e Services unit as Web Coordinator in Fredericton.

Reporting to the Manager of e-Services, the Web Coordinator will be responsible to ensure that the static content of the Service New Brunswick Internet and Intranet websites are current, accurate, readily available and graphically engaging. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Ensuring the overall quality and operation, as well as advising on the direction and content of the Internet and Intranet sites
Monitoring customer experiences and ensuring that expectations are met
Developing and managing Electronic Forms on the website
Participating in the development, testing, implementation, training, communication and translation of online products
Providing on-going support focused on the provision of excellent customer service

Essential Qualifications: Graduation from High School supplemented by a two-year related post-secondary diploma and a minimum of four years of related experience. Subject to the response to this competition, an equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered.

Written and spoken competence in English and French is required.

Salary : $38,766 – $54,132 annually – Pay Band 2 – Management and Non-Union Pay Plan
