Regular Full Time Position
The District of Saanich is seeking a Systems Analyst II (Applications) to join our innovative IT team. As a Systems Analyst II (Applications), your role is to customize, maintain and support enterprise software. This may include writing application interfaces, customizing vendor software and writing custom reports. You are experienced with modern Java technologies, SQL, web development, databases (Oracle experience is preferred), and have application integration experience. You are able to configure off-the-shelf software based on our client’s needs. Experience supporting JD Edwards or ePersonality will be an asset.
Requirements include: University Degree in the field of Computer Science or Information Technology with four years experience in application support and development, or equivalent combined education and experience; and a valid B.C. Class 5 Driver’s License. ITIL Foundations certification would be an asset.
