The Sr. Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the successful implementation of a new or ‘existing’ client including the deployment of new hardware and Lexmark’s Distributed Fleet Management (DFM) infrastructure.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, schedule, monitor, evaluate and direct projects to ensure a complete and satisfactory solution is implemented.
Follow Lexmark PMO prescribed processes, procedures and methodology in the execution of all projects.
Produce a project plan of all phases, activities and tasks necessary for executing the project and manage the project schedule.
Establish a baseline budget, timeline, requirements and establish customer expectations at project initiation and manage to that baseline.
Accountable for ensuring the order template has been created correctly and is correct for the initial order to be placed.
Review all required hardware orders prior to submission.
Lead the Lexmark PM/PC team in the execution of all assigned projects.
Manage the Lexmark Implementation team personnel; ensuring all services required by contract are initiated within the established timeline, budget and technical objectives.
Conduct progress reviews with client and team personnel, providing contingency and problem resolution plans as required.
Develop and manage the project’s change control procedures.
Assist management in making reality -based decisions regarding the development of timeline and budget in the Pre-Sales process.
Manage the relationship among client, all team members, and management.
Expert Risk management and development of appropriate mitigation strategies.
Accountable for the accuracy of the Asset Registry used as the basis for the ARMS upload. All Asset Registries need to be updated no later than a week after installation of devices. A final asset registry will be created within 5 days of the completion of installation.
Weekly Updates to the PMO manager, monthly updates with Executive team
EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND DESIRED:
Strong analytical/procedural background preferably in output management
Experience with managing multiple complex projects; preferably with multi-disciplined teams
Significant experience interacting with Fortune 500 customers
A minimum of five (5) years project management experience
TECHNICAL COMPETENCE:
Proficient presentation and analytical skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)
Proficient financial analysis and project financial management skills (Earned Value Analysis)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to apply a systematic approach to problem solving through analysis of the problem and evaluation of alternative solutions.
Creative thinker with an ability to apply innovative approaches to business problems and opportunities.
Experience in documenting operations processes
Bilingual (French and English), oral and written is an asset

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS:
BA/BS degree in Business or equivalent experience preferred
PMP certification preferred
