This position is responsible for supporting client’s software implementation team throughout the SaaS implementation phase for each customer.
Our Go-to-Market strategy will consist of a pilot phase in four Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSAs): Montreal, San Francisco, Washington DC and St. Louis. After successful completion of pilots, client will launch in remaining MSAs throughout North America.
Reports To: Client Software Field Specialist
Job Purpose: To assist client personnel with the planning and execution of a Software as a Service (SaaS) product for client customers in various markets.
Description of Duties:
Assist client team with customer jobsite evaluation. Logging the number and types of assets at a customer facility
Securing RFID tags to assets and record asset tag number in software database
Work with client implementation team to execute customer’s implementation plan
Keeping log of current challenges and reporting back to client Implementation team
Educate customer users on proper installation of RFID Tags
Skills:
No prior knowledge or skills needed of solution and technology used
Candidates must have a strong attention with ability to execute consistently to maintain integrity of data collected

Conducting and coordinating asset inventories

Physical Requirements:
Occasional lifting of objects up to 50 pounds
Subject to standing, walking, sitting, bending, reaching, kneeling, pushing and pulling
Work is performed in a construction environment
Work Experience:
Data Entry Experience preferred but not required
Inventory Tracking Experience Preferred
Education: High School Diploma/ GED
