mindZplay Solution, a Saskatoon based Internet software development company, specializes in the development of online practice management solutions for the healthcare industry. We are currently looking for a software programmer to join our team. We are looking for serious applicants that can immediately take on a full time position.

Key responsibilities and duties of this role include:

Design and develop code based on company standards
Update and maintain existing software.
Test and document software defects before going to production.
Interact with clients to understand feature requirements
Provide second level support to client problems and issues
Document code designs and new feature requirements
Participate in design and code reviews

Must Have Qualifications:

Degree in Computer Science or Computer Systems Technology degree
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of programming practices.
Familiarity with PHP, MySQL, Javascript, HTML.
Able to work as a team
Good oral and written communication skills to interact with non-technical people
Self-disciplined and able to work in a remote environment

Additional Desirable Qualifications:

Experience in database performance optimization
Experience with Linux in a high availability environment
Interest in project management
