The Senior Developer will be responsible to lead development projects, continue existing development efforts, and maintain high standards of development methodologies and processes, while ensuring high levels of product quality and services.
Specific Duties Include:
Provide new and innovative solutions to enhance the Rich or Web Applications using MS .Net framework
Developing solution to optimize the performance of the MS SQL database
Developing Smartphone apps using iOS and Android development frameworks
Works with client to optimize the usage of the solution in their environment
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduation from a college or university with a concentration in Computer Science and/or in Database Design and Management, or an equivalent combination of experience and training
Considerable experience (2-5 years) in database design and management
Demonstrated skills, knowledge, and experience in solution design and delivery
Knowledge of database events/triggers and stored procedures using various programming languages, such as TSQL
Knowledge of database scripts and packaging of files to automate database upgrading processes
Good leadership and organization skills
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
High degree of self motivation and self direction
Must pass security and background checks
Bonus Qualifications:
Programming experience using Microsoft Visual Studio .Net
More than 5 years of experience working as an application developer
More than 2 years of project leader and team leader experience
Received official leadership training
Knowledge of business workflows and processes
Business Management training and experience
Knowledge in the broadcasting industry workflows
Experience working in software management, development, and client implementation
Experience with system integration and interfacing with other applications
Multilingual; English, French, Spanish, Swedish, Danish, Portuguese, German…etc
Salary is negotiable, and is based on level of education, experience and suitability. Profit sharing is also part of the benefits.
