Are you a skilled Senior Designer for Women’s Apparel looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience working in the fashion industry? If so, we have the opportunity you have been looking for.

Main Duties:

Lead the design and creative process
Select all materials, color themes, patterns and prints to complete collections
Lead all Fits
Conduct competitor analysis and analyze the market and tends
Approval of all materials, lab dips, pantones, strike offs etc.
Review all samples and participate in fittings
Work hand in hand with Production dept. to adhere to time & action calendar and deadlines

Criteria:

7+ years of experience designing ladies wear
Creative, organized and initiative driven
Good understanding of patternmaking
Strong understanding of execution and construction, including costing, production, qc and technical knowledge of fabrics
Bilingual
Advanced skills on Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft Office
