We are looking for a fully Bilingual French/English Senior IT Manager for the following:
As Senior IT Manager of Managed Services you will be responsible for developing and growing DVAI (Davidson Violette & Associates Inc.) Managed Services Business. Ensuring that our dedicated team of consultants, engineers and service specialists continue to deliver a first class managed service to new and existing customers.
This will be achieved by having a clear strategy and operational plan, a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities our customers face, knowledge of combining and developing Internet, WAN, Security, IP VPN and Hosted solutions and hands-on experience of driving operational and service excellence.
In this position you will lead a division which currently employs a mix of consultant and fulltime staff and comprises the following functions; technical solutions design, network and hosted engineering, support and service delivery.
We are looking for an enthusiastic technical leader with innovation who is passionate about combining technology and people to build solutions. The ideal candidate will have previous experience and a track record of growing a technology led managed services business and will relish the opportunity to bring that experience to DVAI to help us build a successful standalone business.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop a clear and robust strategy to successfully grow DVAI’s Managed Services business
Take responsibility for the success, implementation and communication of that strategy
Engage with managed services customers, building trusted long term partnerships
Provide support and leadership to the Managed Services management team and cascade business objectives and priorities to the wider department
Set clear objectives, track progress and instill a high performance culture with an emphasis on team work, service excellence and ownership for resolving customer issues
Develop a deep understanding of existing customer’s services’, ensuring robust SLA’s are in place and that the relevant operational and technical teams understand and are skilled to achieve these
Provide leadership and guidance to project & delivery teams during the pre-sales, design and implementation process
Participate in sales and service reviews by engaging with the most senior stakeholders in each customer account
Oversee the development of complex and sometimes bespoke solutions
Develop the organization, processes and systems to deliver operational excellence
Recommend and bring to market new products and services
Ensure services taken into life have the correct documentation, service and support frameworks in place
Deliver proactive remote management, monitoring and reporting of customer infrastructure
Resolve customer issues in a proactive, professional manner ensuring confidence is maintained or restored
Required experience:
Director of IT 10 plus years
