Main Duties

As a Senior Analog Design Manager you will responsible for the following duties:

Direct and manage the audio analog design group.
Managing analog design projects from initial product specification through to production sampling.
Manage and participated at a senior level in tapeouts of complex mixed signal ICs
Managed the appropriate resources required for completion.
Circuit design expertise with various data converter topologies, amplifiers, PLLs, regulators, and ESD protection circuits is beneficial.
Development of new circuit architectures using innovative techniques when required.
Assess the complexities and risks of each new circuit and balance the need for innovation with the need for completion in a timely manner.
Develop and implement technical procedures.
Some travel will be required from time to time to converse with ESS headquarters in California.

 Employment Requirements

A Master or PhD in Electronic Engineering is required
At least 5 years of  Senior Management/Project Leadership experience in analog design
Must have significant experience in audio and signal processing, analog design, ASICS, design and DACs.
Demonstrable track record of innovative design leading to successful circuit implementation
Strong track record of project management and design in audio and signal processing
Strong leadership and communication skills
