Project Engineer – The Noramtec Group – St. John’s

RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
• 2-6 years successful experience related to the execution of major projects; • Strong quality assurance and quality control experience; • Prior experience or knowledge and understanding of high voltage cable systems, flexible flowlines, or control/power umbilical design; • Prior experience or knowledge and understanding of fiber optic telecoms or fiber optic temperature sensing systems; • Prior experience interfacing with consulting engineering companies and external contractors; • Prior experience with major complex system testing; • Prior experience with industrial product manufacturing processes including Quality systems, ITP’s, NCR’s, product testing, and manufacturer/vendor performance; • Understanding of engineering processes and management systems; and • Experienced with the resolution of technical issues during projects’ planning and execution phases;

• Strong knowledge and working experience with Quality principals.
