Join this well-known National Character Development, Anti-Bullying and Fitness franchise founded by Grandmaster Samane in its newest Canadian location in Waterloo!  We are seeking a Program Director with proven membership sales and sales experience who enjoys working with children and their families. The PRO Martial Arts System is the result of decades of training and teaching experience of diverse martial arts techniques as well as a proprietary curriculum dedicated to keeping children safe. Our core focus is on building confidence, staying safe and building character in children. This is a general management sales position where you can gain great sales training, marketing and leadership experience! Perfect for someone early in their career who has had some sales experience.

Responsibilities and skills include:

sales, community outreach, marketing
staff and facility management
must be available to work Mon-Thurs 12-9 pm and Saturdays until mid-afternoon.
excellent communication skills, ability to build relationships, and professional demeanor are critical
community outreach, business cross-promotion, and sales experience a plus
Martial Arts or Physical Fitness experience a plus
