Job Description

Job Purpose:

Be part of the TLB product delivery team and participate in various activities related to implementing TLB products for our clients. This is a dynamic environment with challenging projects. We need a skilled candidate who is up for it!

Duties:

Responding to phone and email tech support requests from clients
Providing technical assistance and product issue troubleshooting for TLB staff
Writing, updating, and maintaining helpdesk documentation and forums
Pulling custom stats from database and producing spreadsheets & reports for ASMs, Sales, and Clients
Writing release notes for new application builds
Documenting and tracking product issues
Contributing to manual software testing and general quality assurance activities
Coordinating the addition of translations into the TTFM application
Writing, updating, and maintaining product notifications to clients
Keeping detailed minutes of product development meetings
Adhering to the policies and procedures of the company

Skills/Qualifications:

University degree
Superior attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (read, write and speak) in English
Excellent skills in Excel, or other spreadsheet products
Have strong problem solving and analytical skills
Knowledge of database technologies or experience with MYSQL is considered an asset
A strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to operate under tight, date-driven timelines

General accountability

The incumbent is accountable to the Chief Technology Officer of the Learning Bar, and will be supervised on a daily basis by the Product Development Manager.
