A position is available for a professional individual able to complement our technical resources and become an active member of our Professional Services Team as a Network Administrator.
You have strong knowledge and experience in the latest technology trends, excellent technical and analytical skills and are able to effectively meet the challenges associated with maintenance, implementation and troubleshooting activities. Your well-developed verbal, written and listening skills provide you with exceptional communication and customer service abilities. As a professional, confident and mature individual you are able to effectively manage your time as well as work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Implementation of professional IT solutions for our clients
Work with our sales professionals in providing technical solutions
Provide ongoing technical support to our clients through troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
Qualifications:
Related College or University education
Excellent verbal, written and listening skills
Computer hardware and peripherals, troubleshooting skills
Strong technical and analytical skills , ongoing maintenance, implementation and troubleshooting
Current industry certifications and or experience in the fields of network management, security, VOIP, virtualization and data management.
Hardware certification i.e. HP, Lenovo, Cisco, etc.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience
