Landscape Sales Person
Experienced landscape professional, potentially someone who previously had their own landscape business.

Minimum 5 years of landscaping experience
Minimum 5 years of sales and estimating experience
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Well-rounded knowledge base covering landscape construction and maintenance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to details, organized, self-motivated, dependable
Excellent time management skills
Flexible working hours
Clean Class G with driver’s abstract is required
Selling design-build projects to clients
Project management experience is an asset
Experience with Dynascape, CAD or SketchUp is an asset
Landscape diploma or certification is an asset

Landscape Designer/Estimator
Diploma or Degree in Landscape Architecture
Hand sketch and computer design experiences in Dynascape or SketchUp.
Knowledge of paving stone, stonework, pond, irrigation, lighting and planting.
Knowledge of Construction By-laws.
Ability to do site assessment, measuring, analysis and estimating.
Great communication skills and sales technique.
Minimum 3 years design experiences.
Wage based on experience.
