Mother Hubbard’s Kitchens is a leading mid and high-end woodworking manufacturer and is experiencing growth locally. The manufacturing facility and show rooms are located in Dartmouth. We currently have two sales positions to fill in our local market.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Kitchen Sales Designer provides exceptional customer service from the first point of contact to the after-sale follow up. The successful candidates will be responsible for designing, measuring and quoting new kitchens and cabinets for our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

Assess needs of the customer
Design custom kitchen to customer’s specifications
Accurately measure and quote projects
Follow customer throughout entire process
Follow a rotating flexible schedule in the showroom (some evenings and weekend work)
Achieve and exceed monthly goals

Qualifications:

At least 5 years’ sales experience in a building/design environment
Proven track record in exceptional service and closing ability
Experience with 20/20 design software
High energy and a can-do attitude
Team focus
Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle

Remuneration includes base salary and generous bonus opportunities as well as a comprehensive benefit package.
