Genoa Design International is a marine production design firm with offices in Canada and the US. We’re building our team to support Genoa’s work on the Government of Canada’s shipbuilding strategy over the next 20 years.

Junior, Intermediate & Senior Production Designers

Minimum 3 years’ experience in structural or marine/ mechanical systems design. Senior designers must demonstrate a superior level of skill, speed and quality.
Proven ability to work independently to meet deadlines, budgets and quality standards.
Mindset of continuous improvement, seeking to enhance processes and mentor junior designers.
Ability to lead projects and supervise others’ work (for senior designers only).
Diploma in engineering technology – structural, architectural, marine systems  or mechanical systems.
Preference will be given to those who have worked in the shipbuilding field and have used ShipConstructor™ software.
