Permanent   Full-Time

Salary:

$75,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually for 37.5 hours per week

Job duties:

Define, manage and oversee implementation of projects
Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Oversee the complectation ofdevelopment teams as well as training, coaching and working with team leads in order to help them build and manage high performing teams
Conduct performance assessments

Job Requirements

Languages:

English, Russian and/or Ukrainian is an asset

Education:

Master’s degree in Math or Computer Science

Experience and professional skills:

7+ years in software development
5+ years in project management
Hands-on experience with GIS, geological modeling, spatial data, LiDAR data processing
Advanced understanding of software development life cycle, technologies and programming languages including: .NET, C, C++, networking, database, multithreading, cloud computing
Ability to understand and design complex math algorithms
Hands-on experience in system analysis, and design
Ability to define objectives by analyzing user requirements
Strong leadership, coaching, and relationship management skills
Experience in managing 10+ people

Additional requirements:

Must hold a valid driver’s license
Ability to work flexible hours when required
Frequent oversea travel to customer sites

Spatial data experience is a must
