We are currently seeking a talented HSE Data Analyst for a position in Dawson Creek, BC. You will be working for one of the world’s leading engineering, procurement and construction companies.
Duties:
1. Supports the HSE Manager on the project site.
2. Responsible for tracking and trending project HSE incident reports, near misses, JSA’s, etc.
3. Assists in the coordination of programs to reduce and eliminate injuries, illnesses, deaths, environmental damage, and financial losses.
4. Gathers data and conducts research studies as directed to be used to monitor and track HSE standards, programs and goals.
5. Assists in the coordination of programs to reduce and eliminate injuries, illnesses, deaths, environmental damage, and financial losses.
6. Develops a working knowledge of the Company’s HSE standards, programs and goals by learning and applying HSE procedures as established by the company through departmental training.
7. Responsible for extensive reporting and metrics.
8. Coordinates with project HSE Management to ensure accuracy and alignment with data.
9. Develops audit attests.
10. Creates and distributes HSE communication materials.
11. Coordinates HSE events and activities.
12. Works closely with the home office HSE Performance Analyst to meet project schedules.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or Science related.
2. Three-Five (3-5) years of experience in a similar role.
3. Previous project related experience is preferred.
