Green Architect/Designer

Ulto Property Group is looking for a multi-talented, highly energized architect/designer to handle the design of numerous boutique hotel developments. The qualified candidate should be able to adapt to changing circumstances and the challenges of a start-up environment. It is expected of the incumbent to work with minimal supervision as well as handle the other responsibilities as they arise. Requirements for the position:

Prior experience an asset
Enterprising, energetic and outgoing personality with experience in hospitality design
Excellent organizational skills and self-motivation
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written English, ability to speak other languages an asset
Responsible, honest and pride in taking ownership of his/her work
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, OBC and City Planning
Relevant Product Knowledge a plus
Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to change
