REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS: GRAPHIC DESIGN AND CREATIVE SERVICES FOR ONGOING DESIGN UDPATES
GOAL
To develop graphic elements for Toronto Atmospheric Fund’s website, blog, and corporate-branded presentations and print materials.
OBJECTIVE
Toronto Atmospheric Fund (TAF) wishes to enlist periodic support in developing illustrations, infographics, edited photos, web-page designs, TAF-branded report layout and cover pages, and presentations related to the organization’s mandate of advancing urban solutions to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and air pollution in Toronto. The materials will be used to enhance TAF’s existing website at TAF.ca and/or as part of separate reports or presentations.
CONTEXT
TAF is developing communications materials that help underscore the relevance of climate and air pollution issues to a broad audience. TAF regularly develops communications directed at financial and business audiences, as well as for government audiences and the lay-person. TAF is involved with a wide variety of activities including energy efficiency in buildings, public and active transportation, innovative green finance, quantification of greenhouse gas emissions, and renewable energy technology. To build relevance, we also seek to link climate solutions with prosperity, public health and social equity.
PROCESS
TAF is seeking to enter into a contract to be updated every two years. Working in consultation with TAF’s communications manager, the contractor will be invited to a 60 minute paid briefing meeting. Subsequently, work will be assigned as follows: discrete consulting task requests will be provided in writing to the contractor, who will then provide a quotation for completion of the tasks based on the hourly rate provided in their original quotation, invoicing upon completion and approval of the tasks within the agreed upon timeframes.

REQUIRED CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS
At least 2 years of design and illustration experience
Experience providing a wide range of graphic products
Experience providing graphics oriented towards different audiences
Technical expertise working with Adobe Creative Suite
Experience working with non-profit clients
Ability to respond quickly and efficiently to service requests (within 48 hours)
Strong attention to detail
