This position is responsible for computer support regarding MLS® and Information Technology (IT) related matters. You are to maintain data integrity for the MLS® brand by ensuring MLS® listings are entered, processed and checked for accuracy in keeping with the Association Rules and Regulations.
This position is also responsible to respond to incoming calls, emails and member inquiries pertaining to listings and procedures; provide reception cover as the initial contact for the Board in office and for the MLS® System.
Calls range from the need to provide general information to granting guidance for MLS® System use. You are responsible for identifying and resolving technical issues related to end-user inquiries and usage of the Association’s MLS® and software services.
Further to this, you are responsible for maintaining monthly statistic reports, member communications and general front office administration.
Other duties and projects may be assigned.
