Job Responsibilities
Produce precast shop drawings and detailed piece drawings using 2D AutoCAD
Interpretation of contract specifications and drawings. Candidate must be able to read, understand and produce detailed accurate structural drawings
Project management of dynamic communication with contractors, clients, engineer, architects on a job specific basis
Develop total precast renderings for client presentations

Job Requirements
Post-secondary diploma in an Architectural and/or Construction program
Full knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and/or 3D modeling
Computer familiarity with Microsoft Office, Email, Internet Etc.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and construction related pressures
Candidates with prior experience in drafting will be strongly considered
Must have strong communication skills
