Salary:
$110,000.00 annually for 37.5 hours per week

Job duties:
Define, organize and control software development processes and workflows of the company
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations of software development teams.
Oversee implementation of projects
Build and organize engineering teams
Work with team leads in order to help them build and manage high performing teams
Conduct performance assessments

Skills requirements:
Languages: English
Education: Master’s degree in Math or Computer Science
Experience and professional skills:
10+ years in software development
5+ years in software development management
Hands-on experience with GIS, geological modeling, spatial data, LiDAR data processing
Advanced understanding of software development life cycle, technologies and programming languages including: .NET, C, C++, networking, database as well as multithreading and cloud computing
Hands-on experience in system analysis, and design
Strong leadership, coaching, and relationship management skills
Experience in managing 30+ people
