Must-haves:
Proficient in coding Java or Python
Heavy on coding operations
Networking knowledge
Comfortable with on-call rotation
Micro-services experience
Kubernets and AWS is a must
Ability to implement automation within the SaaS
Must maintain a high SLA.
Provide operational support and automation.
Strong focus on metrics, measurement, and reporting on and improving service levels.

Nice to have:
Experience in developing infrastructure as code including technologies like Terraform and Serverless.
Two years of experience in cloud computing with a preference to Amazon AWS.
Familiarity with secure coding practices.
Strong customer service & customer focus.
