Job description:

Use client requirements to evaluate design deliverables
Ability to provide detail design plans to be delivered in multiple platforms
Ability to maintain company standards for multiple clients
Work within outlined design standards
ISP equipment engineering
System Audit and Documentation
Physical Infrastructure Engineering
Server Installation Services
Optic, Video and Ethernet Cabling
Asset Decommissioning and Recovery

The successful candidate will ideally have:

Experience in Fiber Optic Design
Knowledge of network provisioning
More than 3 years of experience in ISP/EE Design
A degree or diploma in a related engineering field or equivalent experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD, VISIO, Spatial Info, FOCUS, Lode Data, CableCad, Small World, Etc.
Some recognized training in Data Centre design
Knowledge of the telecommunications industry would be an asset

Job Specific Information:

This is a full time permanent position
Entitlement to full company benefits after probation period of 3 months
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
Must provide drivers abstract upon hire
Upon hiring employee will be required to pass a back check process
