Our Data Services team is actively recruiting for a Data Analyst to assist in the support of our call centre operations.
JOB SUMMARY
The position is responsible for the development and execution of automated reports/extracts that will provide meaningful business management information for the call center inbound and outbound campaigns. The position is also responsible for data analysis, ad hoc report production and distribution to clients and management staff.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Produce daily, weekly and monthly call center reports
Analyze call center reports with end users ranging from supervisors to executive management
Develop new reports and data extracts, publish in multiple formats
Develop ad-hoc reports as required
Identify the cause of errors and implement solutions to prevent from recurring
Identify and fix errors in data
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors in computer science
Strong SQL and stored procedure programming experience
Experience with SQL Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Integration Services (SSIS)
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong customer relationship, organizational and analytical skills
ASSETS
Experience with Interactive Intelligence Customer Interaction Center (CIC)
Prior experience in a Call Center environment (Inbound/Outbound)
Knowledge of .NET Framework (ASP.NET and C#) an asset
Experience in working with huge data sets and CRM tools an asset
Understanding of telecommunication products, billing and/or financial insurance products an asset
