Position Details Include:
This is a full time, permanent position Mon-Fri, from 9:00 am-6:00 pm. The pay rate for this position is in the $35K – $40K range depending on qualifications and experience, plus commission and Bonuses. Shift work may be required on the occasional evening or weekends to provide IT SUPPORT for some of our major accounts.

Responsibilities include:
Provide Superior Customer Service
Solve Customer Hardware/Software and Networking problems at first contact using multiple Systems and Software Tools
Proactively sell the benefits of diagnosing and resolving issues over the telephone / Internet / and On-site as needed
Resolve incoming Customer escalations through effective negotiation and escalate urgent issues to appropriate team as necessary
Resolve issues on the first call and engage 2nd Level groups as appropriate
Enable first visit Resolutions in the Field by executing Full Problem Diagnosis
Ability to Execute Processes unique to Major Account Customers to ensure Service Level Agreements are met
Provide feedback on Policies and Processes to continuously improve the Customer experience
Engage in continuous Learning utilizing online learning per business requirement as dictated by the customer.
Maintain Product Knowledge
Meet and Exceed Performance Targets
Represent our Client to Customers in a Professional and Ethical manner
Process paperwork and documentation and work orders for all jobs that you are working on
Required skills:
Superior Customer Service Skills
PC – Windows XP/7/8 & MAC OS/X
Networking/SERVER 2003/2008/2012 Experience
Ability to Demonstrate Strong Problem Solving Skills
Ability to Communicate Effectively both verbal and written
High level of achievement and self-motivation
Ability to Deliver Results Independently and as a part of a Team
Ability to Demonstrate Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills
Education:
Post-Secondary Education in a Technical Field – Preferred
High School Education with related Technical/Business Experience – Accepted
Experience:
PC/MAC/Networking/Server experience is a MUST
Valid Driver’s License ( required)
A+ Certification ( required)
Network + Certification ( required)
Server 2003,2008,2012 knowledge required
