Opportunity: Reporting to the Executive Director, Innovation & Collaboration at the Nova Scotia Health Research Foundation (NSHRF), the Corporate Initiatives Coordinator will work with and support teams throughout the Foundation. The Coordinator will manage the research excellence/volunteer awards process and will assist to facilitate existing NSHRF projects/initiatives and the development of new proposals. The Coordinator will support NSHRF programs including: REAL Knowledge, REAL Evaluation, REAL Innovation, and the Research Program. The Coordinator will also be expected to support the NSHRF’s Communications team.
Qualifications: This position requires an individual with post-secondary education and a minimum of three to five years of relevant experience, preferably in a research environment. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, experienced in various computer programs including database management and project management, and skilled in managing multiple demands and deadlines.

Compensation: The salary scale for this position is $53,399.18 – $61,904.28 per annum.
