With over 26 years of supporting corporate clients in Nova Scotia, ON-LINE Computer Services Inc. is currently looking to hire an experienced Computer Technical Support Specialist.

We are looking for someone with:

3 – 5 years’ experience in computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
You will have experience troubleshooting day to day computer operation issues including hardware repairs, upgrades, replacements, maintenance, printer maintenance, software upgrades and updates.
You will also have a strong hardware background and the ability to build a computer blindfolded while being pulled in multiple directions.
You will have an extreme proficiency with any and all version of Windows and Windows networks including Small Business Server, Server 2003,2008,2012.
You must have experience with the administration of networks and Microsoft Exchange Servers.
You should have a complete understanding of how the internet works with regards to Domains, DNS, IP addressing.
You should have the ability to squash nasty viruses and malware with your bare hands.
Experience tracking and routing problem requests, as well as documenting resolutions and recording timesheets.
We need a people person with excellent communication skills and methodical troubleshooting
You will work in our repair depot and onsite visiting clients.
Must have vehicle.
