Established in 1877, Rothesay Netherwood School (RNS) offers an exceptional independent school experience coupled with world recognized programs. Currently we are seeking a Communications Coordinator who will provide communications and marketing support to the school and help build our brand messaging.
This permanent, full-time position is a member of the Development and Alumni Affairs team and works with various stakeholders including Faculty and Staff, external partners and volunteers to ensure effective electronic, print and media communication to promote RNS.
Responsibilities
The Communications Coordinator will provide communications and marketing support and leadership in the following areas:
Content creation, writing, editing and managing for internal and external use
Graphic design and development
Social media exposure, including website management
Communication coordination including media and advertising.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a college diploma or university degree in Communications, Public Relations or Graphic Design. In depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (CS) and web publishing is essential. Strengths will include creativity and having the ability to manage various tasks simultaneously. Being a team player is critical.
