Ingenious Software has an immediate opening for: Communication Support

The Communications Support is responsible for managing documentation and client communications for FP2, Ingenious Software’s flagship product.

The applicant will be expected to update the FP2 website, software and technical manuals, write and produce software video tutorials and write regular tips and notifications for clients.

The applicant will also be responsible for sales communications, including initial contact, scheduling software demos and sales follow-ups.

The Salary is $16-$20/hr depending on experience and will grow with experience. There are medical/dental/insurance benefits.
