Qualifications:
Helpdesk experience, ideally in collections industry
Knowledge of collection industry practices, needs & trends, ideally large and small shops
Experience with one or more major collection software systems a major asset
Advanced software skills, eg proficient with Excel and other text editor tools to manipulate date
Ability to read, understand and create technical instructions and documents
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical and/or network issues (eg LAN access)
Ability to solve software users’ technical problems and debug user issues
Experience with setting up systems to support agency and client needs. Knowledge of Collect! a major asset.
