Business Analyst/Product Manager – Foxquilt

Position Overview:

The Business Analyst / Product Manager will work to build out our Foxden platform. The Product Manager will learn and understand existing Foxquilt capabilities, establish opportunities and requirements for new and existing Foxquilt products, and will execute overall product plans.
The role requires partnership and collaboration within the product, engineering, sales, and other functional Foxquilt teams including Development, Marketing, Finance, and Legal. The role will be expected to influence processes, best practices, and culture within the organization.

Responsibilities:
Product Management, including Business Requirements, Specifications, Vendor Relations, and Customer Experience;
Coordination, including Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, and Team Communication;
Project Management, including Customer, Partner, & Vendor liaison; and
Analysis, Research & Documentation.
Develop and maintain the product roadmap based on customer input, strategic plans and business priorities
Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to lead commercialization (pricing, licensing, margin, sales and marketing channels) and product positioning strategies
Be a SME (subject matter expert) for your product. This will include customer-facing engagements and some content production
Develop business and functional specification documents for product enhancements in support of your product initiatives
Create, prioritize and maintain user stories for products
Partner with Software Engineering and product teams to drive roadmap execution

Desired Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Science
Master’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or MBA

Strong Analytical Skills & Data Expertise
Business Analysis & Product Management as a discipline
Project Management to organize tight timelines and constrained resources
Execution of product objectives and roadmaps
Technical Skills – familiar with SQL, JSON, XML, C# and ability to read code
Experience as a Software Developer Preferred
Proven delivery experience, taking a product or platform from inception to delivery
Self-Starter and an initiative taker
Excellent communicator, clear, concise writing and comfortable in front of audiences
8+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and/or product management
5+ years of experience with Financial Services/Insurance, Data Products, SaaS, and/or the API integration business model
