Description

The Associate Implementation Specialist will be a key member of our Customer Success team. This individual will ensure the successful implementation of our sleep therapy monitoring solution, U-Sleep, with customers and partners. The Implementation Specialist will work closely with the Customer Success, Product and Technical teams. The Implementation Specialist may also be required to work with Patient Health Information (PHI) and will be required to adhere to Umbian PHI policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Follow existing implementation process
Work with customers on initial implementation setup requirements; customer contact during implementation process (e.g. training, questions, etc.)
Responsible for entry of key data metrics
Ensure successful and timely deployments of U-Sleep
Responsible for monthly implementation metric reporting
Understand Customer Success life cycle, to assist team members as required

Qualifications & Skills

University degree or College diploma in a relevant discipline
Minimum 3 years of experience in a technology environment
Minimum 2 years of experience implementing software solutions
Data Entry experience an asset
Effective communication, both verbally and written
Detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to deal with situations where information is difficult to obtain, complex or ambiguous
Ability to plan and effectively manage tasks to achieve objectives
Strong team player as well as an individual contributor
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Must have strong organizational skills that demonstrate the ability to prioritize upon short notice while maintaining accuracy
Attend training annually or as required on protecting personal data
