Voyageur Quest is a wilderness tour company that specializes in AlgonquinPark. Our four facilities, the Algonquin Log cabin, the Algonquin Cottages/ Cottages and Island and Voyageur Outfitter are all located at AlgonquinPark’s northwest corner. This is a great opportunity for somebody that is looking for a quarter back position within a small wilderness tour company. The Toronto office manager will be responsible for the office day to day operation including: customer inquiries (emails and phone), bookings, web site administration, data entry and internet correspondence, quotes, general office organization, correspondence with operation at Algonquin.

The office manager position carries a lot of responsibility and should be somebody who is driven to work with minimal supervision and who is keen to mature within a small company.

Essential skills include:

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, data base management, website management, ability to work with pictures, progressive Internet knowledge, superb organizational skills, operational management, detail orientated. Hospitality and Tourism interest/educational/experience background a real asset.

START DATE:

This position begins immediately.

Our home office is in the Eglinton and Bayview area of Toronto.

COMPENSATION:

Starting $15/hour
