The Town of Fort Smith has an opportunity for a seasoned and highly qualified individual to take on the leadership and operational supervision of the Town’s public works and water/wastewater divisions. Reporting to the Director of Municipal Services, the Supervisor will ensure the delivery of municipal services that are vital to the health and safety of the Town.
The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in the delivery of services within a municipal or similar public sector setting. He/she will possess excellent supervisory skills and proven technical abilities in the field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience is required at the supervisory level with comprehensive knowledge of municipal operations, particularly in the areas under the position’s supervision.
Salary & Benefits: Salary range is Level 27, as per the Collective Agreement. The Town also provides a Northern Allowance of $7,715.79 annually, comprehensive health & dental benefits and a pension plan provided by Northern Employees Benefits Services.
