Renumeration
The wage for the position starts at $26.50/hour with an annual increment of 5% for the first five years. Thereafter, the wage will be reviewed annually by the Conservancy board in consideration of cost of living and funding availability.
Eligible expenses related to delivery of the Stewardship Coordinator roles and responsibilities related to specific programs and ongoing operations of the Mayne Island Conservancy are also reimbursed.
Personal vehicle use in the performance of the work will be reimbursed at a rate of $0.61/kilometer and reported monthly.

Accommodation
Employee responsible for own accommodation while employed with the Mayne Island Conservancy Society. The Conservancy will assist in the search for accommodation by using our local contacts.
