Job Summary
With over a decade of experience in the Solar Energy business, Terawatt Solar has the expertise and knowledge necessary to provide the utmost satisfaction to our customers. Terawatt Solar is looking for safety oriented and well organized Solar PV Panel Installers. Experience is not required, training will be provided on site.
Solar Installers must be comfortable working from heights. This position will require travel when necessary; worksites are centralized around the GTA, but travel to other parts of southern Ontario will occur. Solar Installers receive per diem/daily allowance if a worksite requires overnight stay. Solar PV Installation is a growing sector and will lead to a successful career as society decarbonizes over the coming years.

Responsibilities and Duties
Preparing tools and supplies for job site
Loading/unloading equipment and materials
Layout and install solar racking systems and solar modules
Clean up of job site
Frequent travel required to job sites across GTA

Qualifications and Skills
Working at Heights training is a must
Valid Driver’s license and personal vehicle a must
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions is a must
Residential roofing experience is an asset
Ability to lift 40-50 lbs
Details:
This position is full-time, Monday to Friday, average 40 hours/week
Salary: $18.00-$26.00 per hour, based on experience
