Job Summary
Exactus Energy is looking for a Solar Customer Service Coordinator to work closely with our Site Survey Team to schedule residential site surveys. The ability to work independently while collaborating with other team members in a consultative manner will be important in ensuring success in this role. Our ideal candidate is adaptive, proactive and eager to learn. Candidates with experience in customer service would be well suited for this position. This is a one-year contract with possibility of extension, and this entry-level position will be a work from home position with possibility of hybrid in-office option down the line.

The ideal candidate will:
Fluent reading, writing and speaking in English
Work efficiently independently while also collaborating with other team members
Be able to interact with a variety of individuals with resilience & confidence
Be comfortable spending up to 50% of their time on phone calls

Responsibilities
Handle multiple constraints to schedule appointments in a timely manner
Effectively communicate with clients to ensure scheduling timelines and objectives are met
Ability to build rapport with subcontractors while coordinating site surveys and discussing compensation

Qualifications and Skills
Knowledge of GSuite (Gmail, Google Calendar) and project management softwares (ex Salesforce) is considered an asset, but not required
Exceptional customer service skills, especially over the phone
Outstanding written and verbal communication and problem-solving
Organizational skills with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly to change
Experience in an administrative, logistics or scheduling role is considered an asset, but not required
Able to work a shifted work schedule (e.g. 11am to 7:30pm EST) on a rotation every 3-4 weeks
