Position Summary
The Social Media Coordinators will work independently to manage and grow our social media accounts. They will work with our marketing team to help to execute our marketing plans. We have a friendly team and will support and help you achieve your own personal goals.
Responsibilities:
Plan content for our social media channels based on guidance and feedback
Respond to and monitor comments/inquiries
Following accounts/hashtags, and amplifying/sharing posts from partner organizations
Collect and communicate with the team about the data on social media analytics
Collaborate with the team to promote marketing materials, newsletters, events, etc.
Requirement:
Passionate about nature and environment, and strong desire to work for a sustainable future
Excellent writing and communication skills
Proficient with Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms
Good experience with content creation, design, and editing (basic graphic design, layout, content)
Flexible with their time and are comfortable with remote working, periodic check-in
Experience in communications, public relations, and/or social media marketing
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and good time management
Drive, passionate and ownership of the work produced
Interest in education, previous experience of working with parents and/or teachers is a big plus
