Senior Environmental Coordinator – Skyline Group of Companies

Job Description
Skyline is looking to hire a Senior Environmental Coordinator to work with all three of Skyline’s REITs and the Development Team, managing environmental and Building Condition due diligence as well as working with existing property management teams on environmental monitoring of the existing portfolio, development due diligence, etc. The successful candidate will provide technical, process, and environmental assistance to the Asset Management and Property Management teams while maintaining a focus on our shared goal of creating meaningful value and an exceptional experience for our customers, our people, and our communities.

What we look for:
Minimum 5 years’ environmental consulting experience or principal environmental coordinator role.
Previous experience with environmental audits and identifying areas for improvements.
Work as part of the Asset Management and Acquisitions team.
A unique ability to keep an eye on compliance while thinking outside the box.
Professionalism, sense of confidentiality and integrity.
Someone who can see the problems before they happen (think the matrix) and use good judgment and innovation to solve it.
Minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience in a related field.
Post-secondary education in an Environmental field required.
