RESPONSIBILITIES
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for growing Fluey Trading’s business through:
Direct Sales and assistance to both the outside and inside sales force
Providing support and training to our Sales Team
Lead, manage and develop all direct reports
Develops strong internal working relations creating partnerships to resolve conflicts with customers and between employees or departments
Represents the company positively and is a role model for the company culture and values
Sets and fosters the expectation of providing excellent customer service from self and all employees
Proactively constructs strategies that create increasingly profitable sales
Planning and developing product strategies
Performing market research and analysis
Providing timely pricing and delivery information
Strong Strategic sales focus
Regularly submitting reports of sales activity

REQUIREMENTS
7 years of industry outside and inside sales experience as well as operational experience within the Food Industry
Well versed in the food wholesale industry
Exceptional interpersonal skills along with creativity and analytical skills
Self-motivated, well organized, and able to work with minimal supervision
Proactive self-starter, proficient time management and multi-tasking
Ability to communicate industry knowledge in a clear and understandable manner
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
Valid drivers license and vehicle
