Are you a hands-on assistant manager who has the ability to inspire others?

Role & Responsibilities:

The Store assistant manager  helps oversee the daily retail store operations.
Ensure high levels of customer service and support.
Maintain a high level of Product and Service knowledge.
Work in partnership with Senior Management and store employees to maximize store sales and in-store presence.
Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times.
Managing and resolving customer complaints, questions and/or inquires.
Ensuring employees work safely in accordance with health and safety standards.
Ensuring that company rules and regulations are communicated and properly followed by all team members.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the retail industry.
Strong merchandising skills.
Flexibility with regard to availabilities and work schedules (days, evenings, weekends).
Ability to efficiently organize time and manage priorities.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
A passion for Kitchenware products.
