Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Providing high quality customer service by;
effective distribution of incoming telephone calls
greeting and directing incoming visitors
Various accounting tasks;
Distribution of incoming mail; preparation of outgoing mail;
Data entry into customized software application;
Maintaining adequate inventory of office supplies;
Ensures reception area is kept neat and tidy at all times;
Various other general administration support as required;
Education Requirements – Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills;
Efficient in managing a multi-line telephone system;
Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities;
Team oriented with the ability to interact well with internal and external customers;
Good working knowledge of MS Office software applications;
Relevant post secondary education at College level;
Willingness to complete provincial insurance licensing exam requirements;
