Our client, a leading distributor and retailer of high-end residential and commercial equipment is currently seeking a Receptionist / Customer Service Representative for their location in Toronto, ON (West-End). The ideal candidate will be the face of the organization as it relates to the customers’ experience within the showroom / retail location.

Qualifications:

Post-Secondary Education
3-5 years Receptionist experience, preferably in a retail / showroom environment
Experience working with a multi-line phone system
Prior customer service experience
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
Able to work Monday to Friday, 9AM – 5PM, with some weekends

Salary: $34,000 – $36,000 per Year
